Migrant Offshore Aid Station (MOAS) is based in Malta and, in simple terms, fishes people out of the sea. Many refugees put to sea in boats that are unsuitable for the voyage and also overcrowded. MOAS provides search and rescue services for people whose deperation is shown by the risks that they have to take. 90% of donated money goes directly to saving refugees in danger at sea so let’s start the new year by helping MOAS save lives.
